On the Sunday of each camp, parents (or their designate) can register and <\/span>drop off their camper between 3:30 and 4:30 pm<\/b>. Don\u2019t forget to bring your completed Health Form (if not done online) as well as any remaining fees.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Our first camp activity begins at 4:30, and many campers prefer to have time to drop off their belongings in their cabin before this begins. Parents are welcome to help get their child settled in, and see where they will be sleeping for the week.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

On the Friday of each camp, <\/span>Campers should be picked up at 1:30 pm<\/b>. We will also have a table of \u201cLost and Found\u201d belongings that parents are encouraged to look at before leaving.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

As the camp is fully staffed by volunteers, we are able to offer a 5-day overnight children\u2019s camp at a very accessible rate. Though the price changes each year due to rising food, rental and supply costs, we always aim to keep camp as\u00a0affordable as possible.\u00a0 We offer a family discount for each additional registration from within the same household to lessen the expenses for families.\u00a0 We understand that even still, camp may cost too much for some families, which is why we offer financial assistance and scholarship options for those that need it.\u00a0 We want every child to have the opportunity to come to camp!<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

It is our desire that every child has the opportunity to attend camp, regardless of their financial situation. To be eligible for financial assistance, you may request it while submitting your camper registration. All applications are subject to Sponsorship Committee approval and there is no guarantee as to how much assistance will be available.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This is a rustic camp. We are not equipped to handle exceptional medical, behavioural, social needs, serious allergies, or exceptional dietary needs (including vegan diets). Campers are expected to eat from the camp menu unless specified for medical reasons.<\/span> In this case, camp staff will reach out before camp to discuss dietary accommodations.<\/span><\/p>

We endeavour to have a registered nurse at all camps, in addition to a number of staff certified in First Aid. Please contact us through email to discuss if your child\u2019s medical or behavioural needs can be accommodated. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Campers attending Junior Camp (grades 3-6) should not bring any electronic devices to camp.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

While we recognize that many kids at Junior High and Teen Camps use their cell phone to take pictures, it is important that campers are fully engaged in all camp events. Campers should only take out their phones when appropriate, and immediately follow the direction of staff when asked to put it away. We reserve the right to safely store away any phones until the end of the week, if necessary.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

There are limited locations to charge phones, and reception at camp is unreliable. During family emergencies, parents can contact the Camp using the landline phone number provided for the Camp on the \u201cFind Us\u201d tab of our website.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any campers who did not pay fully online should bring the remainder of their fees to be paid at registration on the Sunday of camp.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

During the week of camp, campers are provided an opportunity each afternoon to purchase sweet treats during \u201cTuck\u201d time. If possible for your family, $2-$4 for each tuck time is sufficient for a fun snack & drink! We want all campers to enjoy this time, so speak with your director during registration if financial assistance for this is needed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Each year the camp also chooses a mission project to support. From vision care in Haiti, to playground equipment for a northern Ontario reserve, we have helped to raise funds for Christian outreach around the world.
